All work is FOB Our plant, Grimsby, Ontario Estimates and Quotes We stand behind our estimates and quotes however due to the custom nature of our work, there can be some unforseen difficulites which may require more time/materials to be used to meet the purchasers end use. Klacko Marine Inc. will inform the purchaser of the increased cost before the project continues. Travel Travel time and costs are not included in the estimate or quote unless otherwise negociated at time of purchase order. Travel expense will be based on time spent travelling from Grimsby, Ontario to the project location and back. Please ask for current pricing from your sales agent. Purchase Order A purchase order may be requested by Klacko Marine Inc. at the beginning of the contracted project. Otherwise, a verbal 'handshake' agreement to commence the project will be accepted as a purchase order. Deposit The customer is expected to pay 50% of the quoted value of the project as a deposit. The deposit is non refundable. The amount of deposit can be changed by Klacko Marine Inc. and will be based on the individual project. Return of Goods Due to the custom nature of the parts fabricated by Klacko Marine Inc., we do not accept returns or refunds after the project has been deemed acceptable by the purchaser for his or her usages. If the purchaser is not present at the time of delivery , he or she has 14 days from the time of delivery to inspect the part. If the part is deemed unacceptable, the purchaser must return the part (in their original condition) at his/her expense within 30 days of delivery date. Failure to comply with the above terms will deem the part acceptable and the refund will be at the discretion of Klacko Marine Inc. upon return of the part. We do stand behind the workmanship and material portion of our parts with the following limitations: We will not accept warranty returns if: 1. the part has been used under different conditions than what it was designed for. 2. if the part was damaged or modified by the purchaser from its original delivered condition 3. if the part was not installed correctly 4. if the part was a pre owned part that Klacko Marine Inc. has re sold. We will not accept responsibility for damage to other parts or structures that our parts interact with. Parts are to be returned at the customers expense our working address within the time limit given by Klacko Marine Inc. The part will or will not be repaired or replaced based on the discretion of Klacko Marine Inc. only. Klacko Marine Inc. reserves the right to cancel or stop work on any project at any time. Refunds for work completed to date will be at the discretion of Klacko Marine Inc. Design and Engineering are the responsibility of the purchaser for his or her usage of the goods, it is not part of the invoiced or quoted value.
